e-payment of salaries of civil servants, local government employees, pensioners and payment to contractors by employing technology and our vast expertise to streamline and automate the collection/payment process thereby eliminating avenues for possible leakages and fraud in the system.

• We are the lead consultants on identity management/e-payment scheme, Taxation, Back Duty assessment as well as PAYE audits to Imo State Government. We are currently doing the biometric data capture of every citizen/resident inclusive of every school age pupil in the State.
  
  
• E-Collect Ltd is the lead IGR consultant for Anambra and Abia, coordinating all IGR activities in these states. We are currently carrying out data capture of all taxable adults in the two states and building a rich tax database.
  
  
• We are also consultants to PPIDF (Physical Planning and Infrastructural Development Fund) in Abia State.
  
  
• We are in partnership with Chams Plc as IGR consultants, using their pay collect platform in these states.
  
  
• We have just executed a memorandum of understanding with Abuja Investment Company Limited (AICL) to mange revenue collections in all the markets within FCT, and manage collections of bus fares for the Abuja metro line that will take off from 2013, as well as carry out identity management for all traders within FCT.
